Alvaro De Castro is an experienced AI and ML Lead at ANS Group, overseeing projects related to natural language processing and imaging, utilizing advanced tools such as ChatGPT4 and Yolact. Previously, Alvaro served as a Robotics Researcher at a stealth startup, developing a smart bin with barcode-reading capabilities, and held positions as a Senior Data Architect at Avanade and Lloyd's, focusing on the establishment of data lakes for major clients. Alvaro's background includes significant contributions to Telefonica as a Data Leader, where systems for Big Data were developed, and roles at Banco Sabadell and Daimler Chrysler, enhancing analytics architecture and leading Big Data projects. Alvaro earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of South Florida.
