Julian Ellis

Julian Ellis has extensive experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), currently working as a SAM/ITAM License Manager at ANS Group since October 2021, where responsibilities include building a SAM function and managing client license entitlements. Previously, Julian served as a Software License Desk SAM/ITAM Consultant at Softcat plc, providing SAM services to a major payment processing client. Additional experience includes technical support roles in various organizations such as SopraSteria, Deverill Ltd, and Vodafone, demonstrating a strong background in desktop support and IT infrastructure. Julian holds an HNC in Engineering from Suffolk College of Further Education and has developed IT skills alongside electrical contracting work.
