Derrick Ramlalack

Derrick Ramlalack has a diverse work experience in various IT roles. Derrick worked as the Head of IT - Distribution Sector at The ANSA McAL Group and also held the position of Senior Business Analyst at the same company. Prior to that, they were an Independent IT Consultant for their own business and worked as an IT Manager at SuperPharm Limited. Derrick also gained experience as a Systems and Database Analyst at Guardian Media Limited and as an Independent IT Consultant for their own business. Before that, they worked as a Network Security Engineer at NetEffect Caribbean Limited and as an Infrastructure Solutions Consultant and Product Specialist at Infotech Caribbean Ltd.

Derrick Ramlalack obtained a Technicians Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Center for Applied Science and Technology in 1996. From 1997 to 1999, they pursued an Associate of Science Degree in Information Systems Management from ROYTEC. In 2013 to 2014, Derrick completed their Master of Science Degree in Network Security from Anglia Ruskin University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including MCSE1: Windows Server 2003, MCSA1: Windows Server 2003, MCTS: Microsoft Windows Vista, Configuration, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MBSS: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Installation & Configuration, MBSS: Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 Installation & Configuration, and MBSP: Installation & Configuration for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
