Latoya Sedika Garcia Henry

LaToya Sedika Garcia Henry serves as the Senior Group Corporate Counsel - Governance & Regulatory at The ANSA McAL Group since September 2016, overseeing the Group’s Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance agendas. LaToya has progressed through various roles within the organization, including Group Lead Counsel for Corporate Governance & Regulatory and for Contracts & Commercial Litigation, demonstrating expertise in governance practices, contract negotiation, and commercial litigation. Prior experience includes serving as a Junior Attorney at Legal Aid and Advisory and as an In-Service Trainee at the Ministry of the Attorney General in Trinidad and Tobago. LaToya holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law and a Legal Education Certificate, complemented by a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors. Educational history includes attendance at esteemed institutions such as the University of the West Indies and Holy Faith Convent.
