Michael Richardson

Michael Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael began their career as an Engineer II at Trintoplan Consultant in 1994 and then served as a Group Engineer at Trading Development Company Limited from 1997 to 2005. Michael went on to work as a Project Manager at HCL from 2005 to 2007 and later joined Exeqtech as a Senior Project Manager from 2007 to 2008. Michael then returned to HCL as a Senior Project Manager from 2008 to 2009. Michael then joined GENIVAR where they held the positions of Senior Project Manager from 2009 to 2010 and Chief Project Manager from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they served as a Project Manager at Aiyana Ltd., responsible for managing the construction of the Oceans Edge Development in St. Kitts. Michael then worked at SporTT as an Executive Manager for Projects and Facility Maintenance from 2011 to 2015. Most recently, Michael held the role of Manager Projects at Caribbean Housing Limited from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Projects at The ANSA McAL Group, starting in 2017.

Michael Richardson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. Michael attended this university from 1985 to 1990. In 2003, they also pursued a Master of Science degree in Construction Engineering & Management from the same institution, which they completed in 2004.
