Andrea Bessone

Andrea Bessone has extensive experience in mechanical and structural engineering, primarily within the energy sector. Since December 2007, Andrea has held various leadership positions at Ansaldo Energia, including AE Fleet Turbine Integrator and R&D Group Leader of Turbine Mechanical Integrity and Mechanical Design. Andrea also served as a Work Package Leader for the Flex Turbine Consortium from September 2018 to May 2019, managing technical objectives and quality plans. Previous roles include Structural Engineer at Prosoft Intesys S.r.l. and Engineering Technician at Cutting Underwater Technologies Ltd. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Naval Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova and an MBA from SDA Bocconi.
