Irma Belardi

Irma Belardi is an accomplished Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of Training and People Development at Ansaldo Energia since March 2024. Previously, Irma served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organisation for the Ansaldo Energia Group from August 2015 to July 2020 and held various significant roles within the company from 1990 to 2015, including Head of Organisational Development and Organisation and Development Senior Expert. Irma's educational background includes a University Degree in Italian Language and Literature from Università degli Studi di Genova (1985-1989) and further studies at Centro Studi Comunicazione Roma (1985-1986).
