Mike Ansay

Mike Ansay serves as Chairman and CEO of Ansay & Associates LLC, a family-owned independent insurance agency established in 1946. Additionally, Mike is the Managing General Partner of Ansay Development Corporation and the CEO and Co-Owner of Ansay International, which focuses on connecting Luxembourgish products with markets in the United States. Mike holds leadership roles as Board Chairman and Director at Bank First National in Manitowoc and has served on several other boards, including the Independent Insurance Association of Wisconsin and the Luxembourg American Cultural Society. Mike’s contributions to economic and community development are also evident through involvement with Ozaukee Economic Development and Camp Vista. Mike is an alumnus of Marquette University and Cedar Grove High School.
