Lisa Neumann-Pudlo

Lisa Neumann-Pudlo has worked in the employee benefits field for over 20 years. Lisa began their career as an insurance agent, selling disability and long-term care insurance to individuals and seniors. In 2001, they transitioned to working with large employer groups, becoming a Sr. Large Group Representative responsible for health insurance. In this role, Lisa worked with over 300 brokers in the area to quote, sell, enroll and assist in servicing employer groups between 50 - 5,000 employees. Lisa gained extensive knowledge of the inner workings of the insurance industry and developed strong negotiating skills.

In 2008, Lisa left their position at Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation to become an employee benefits consultant at Ansay & Associates. In this role, they use their knowledge of the insurance industry to help clients find the best possible coverage for their needs. Lisa is dedicated to their work and enjoys helping their clients navigate the often complex world of employee benefits.

Lisa Neumann-Pudlo has a Bachelor of Science in Retail Merchandising & Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
