Nikki Kiss

Nikki Kiss is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff & Talent at Ansay & Associates since March 2021, and as Co-Founder of Inspiring-US since January 2020, with a vision to foster business-education partnerships that benefit community development. Prior to these roles, Nikki was the Executive Director of INSPIRE Sheboygan County from May 2015 to March 2021, facilitating connections between K-12 schools and employers to enhance experiential learning for students. Nikki's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Institutional Effectiveness at Lakeshore Technical College, overseeing strategic planning and research initiatives, and as an Assistant Swimming and Diving Coach at UW-Green Bay, managing recruitment and academic support for student-athletes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Counseling from Lakeland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UW-Green Bay.
