Jeffrey Parnell

Jeffrey Parnell is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and IT support management. Currently serving as Senior IT Manager of Operations at Ansco & Associates, LLC since October 2014, Jeffrey oversees a local IT support team and facilitates communication between business units and IT. Previous roles include TIER III Support Analyst at Recall, where support was provided for Cisco systems and Windows Servers, and APAC Analyst at Lend Lease, supporting various network technologies and Windows environments. Additional experience spans multiple organizations, with responsibilities ranging from client systems support and medical application troubleshooting to electronic development and training. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from DeVry University and an Associate's degree in Applied Science in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute.
