Shawn Deloach

Shawn DeLoach is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in test engineering and project management within the aerospace and nuclear industries. Currently serving as a Sr Test Engineer at L3Harris Technologies since June 2019, Shawn also holds the position of CRAN Project Manager-Construction at Ansco & Associates, LLC. since June 2018. Previous roles include Manufacturing Supervisor and Cell Leader for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program at L-3 Display Systems, and President and Owner of Southern Test Labs, LLC., where strategic consultation for nuclear utilities was provided. An experienced technician, Shawn spent over a decade at Exelon Powerlabs in various roles that focused on engineering support and quality assurance. Educational background includes an A.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology from RETS Electronics.
