Carl Hunter is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Asset Enhancement Manager at Jade Mountain & Anse Chastanet Hotel and Spa since March 2013. Previously, Carl held the position of Regional Director of Engineering at Rock Resorts, overseeing engineering support for four Caribbean resort properties from April 2011 to February 2013, with a focus on energy management strategies. Prior to that, Carl managed Landings St Lucia as General Manager and served as Area Director of Engineering for the Caribbean and Latin America. Additional experience includes the role of Director of Engineering for Sandals Resorts and Wyndham Resorts International.
