Kim Heald has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles in the field of benefits and insurance. Kim is currently the Vice President of Sales at Ansel Health. Prior to that, they worked as the Voluntary Benefits National Practice Leader at NFP, where they focused on developing and implementing processes to enhance the installation of benefits and protect clients' employees and their families. Before NFP, Kim served as the Sales Director at National Benefits Group of America, where they developed relationships with brokers, carriers, and clients to grow the voluntary benefit block of business. Kim also worked as an Area Sales Representative at Colonial Life, building alliances with benefit brokers in South Florida, and as a Sales representative at Navera, a company that provided healthcare benefits and insurance decision support software. Kim also worked at Sun Life Financial as the Voluntary Benefits Practice Leader and at USI Insurance Services as a Benefit Professional. Kim started their career at ADP as an Alliance Sales Manager and MADM.
Kim Heald earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UCLA from 1992 to 1996.
