Karen Klerkx

Karen Klerkx has extensive experience in finance and strategic planning, currently serving as the Director of Finance, Planning & Analysis for the Global Product Management Office at Ansell since March 2008. In this role, Karen provides financial leadership for the Chemical Strategic Business Unit and Industrial R&D, acting as a strategic partner to senior management and driving long-range planning aligned with the unit's strategy. Previously held positions at Ansell include Associate Director of Finance for both the Chemical Strategic Business Unit and the EMEA Region, where responsibilities encompassed streamlining financial processes, enhancing reporting methodologies, and leading budgeting and forecasting initiatives. Prior experience includes various financial roles at Christian Salvesen and Colas Belgium NV, with a strong focus on financial analysis and ERP implementation. Karen holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Ehsal, obtained in 2002.
