Luis Bautista is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and brand management across diverse industries in the Latin American market. Currently serving as Marketing Director at Ansell since July 2018, Luis is responsible for driving sustainable growth for the Industrial Global Business Unit in Mexico, Latin America, and Brazil. Previous roles include Product Line Manager and Latam Marketing Head at Cargill, Brand Marketing Director at Conagra Brands, and Regional New Products Manager at Colgate-Palmolive, among others. Luis holds an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has successfully managed marketing strategies, regional brand development, and cross-functional team collaboration throughout a distinguished career that began in 1997 with LEGO Group.
