Ranga Abeysekara

Ranga Abeysekara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management within the global operations manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Project Management at Ansell since January 2020, Ranga leads the PMO division for the Mechanical Global Business Unit, overseeing a variety of manufacturing projects across multiple production facilities, including Ansell Lanka and Ansell Vietnam. Additionally, Ranga has held managerial roles in the APAC region and has served as a visiting lecturer at multiple institutions, sharing expertise in project management with industry professionals. Prior to this, Ranga gained substantial experience in radio network planning and optimization at Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd and Etisalat Lanka. Ranga holds a Master's degree in Financial Economics from the University of Colombo, an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
