Sophie Weston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Commercial Operations Director and IBP Strategy Lead for EMEA at Ansell since March 2022, Sophie previously held the position of CEO & Founder at Fragrance Tech, a technology start-up innovating in the fragrance sector from October 2018 to March 2022.
