Valerie Freeman

Valerie Freeman has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Valerie served as the CEO of BravoTECH, a company providing IT employment services, from 1996 to present. In 2004, they founded ANSERTEAM, LLC, a woman-owned staffing company focused on offering national access to independent staffing providers. Valerie was also the CEO of Freeman+Leonard, previously known as Art Squad, a company specializing in marketing and advertising solutions. Valerie served as the CEO of Art Squad from 1982 to present. Additionally, they have worked as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Board at Prime Women Media, a digital media company catering to women over the age of 50. Valerie was also the founder and former CEO of Imprimis Group, Inc., a professional services firm providing staffing and HR solutions nationwide. Valerie co-founded TWV Capital Management and Texas Women Ventures, the first investment company of its kind in Texas, specializing in women-owned and led businesses. Valerie Freeman served on the Investment Committee of TWV from 2006 to 2021.

Valerie Freeman holds a B.S. and M.Ed. degree in Education from the University of Houston.
