Kia Cammaerts is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in motorsports and automotive applications. Currently serving as Technical Director at Ansible Motion since 1999, Kia specializes in engineering class driver-in-the-loop simulators. As the owner of a research and development company, Kia focuses on performance simulation software and analysis tools. Previous positions include Platform Team Leader at TAG Electronic Systems, where Kia developed data acquisition systems, and Senior R&D Engineer at Ikuzawa International Ltd, leading aerodynamic design programs. Early career experience includes freelance design work for notable companies like TOM'S Toyota GB Ltd, Coloni Racing SpA, De Tomaso SpA, and Maserati SpA. Educational qualifications include a DIC in Industrial Design Engineering from Imperial College London and a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering with Maths from the University of Reading.
