Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Paul started their career at Lifespire Corporation as a Director of Engineering in 2000. Paul then moved on to Flynnventures LLC, where they worked as a Principal from 1998 to 2004. From 2000 to 2006, they served as the Director of Engineering at Totality Corporation. In 2006, they joined IRM Corporation as the Vice President of R&D/Engineering, leading the development of core analytics engine. Paul then moved to Study Island in 2007, where they worked as the Director of Technology & Product Development, implementing critical changes across the enterprise technology stack.

In 2008, Johnson was hired by RAPP as the Director of Development, where they brought technical and operational leadership change to the department, managed technical requirements for clients such as HP and Humana, and increased service levels. In 2010, they joined Epsilon as the VP of Technology, responsible for leading application development enhancements and implementing innovative technologies. Paul successfully launched Epsilon's first mobile loyalty implementation for Capital One.

In 2012, Johnson co-founded Secure PressID Inc., an early-stage company that developed a patent-pending cloud-based solution for user identification. Paul served as a co-founder until 2018. In 2013, they joined Ansira as the SVP of Data and Technology, where they currently hold a leadership position.

Paul Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Victoria.
