Susana Cristobal, MBA has over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales operations in the technology industry. Susana currently serves as the Senior Director of Channel Partner Marketing for Global Accounts at Ansira, where they lead a global team and manages channel partner marketing fund management for Dell Technologies. Prior to their current role, Susana worked at Samsung Electronics America as the Senior Manager of Sales and Marketing Operations, overseeing the operations of nine retailer customers and managing a budget of over $100 million in marketing and sales promotion spend. Before that, they held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Samsung Electronics, where they were responsible for go-to-market strategy, product launch planning, sales training, and execution of direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives. Susana also worked at Samsung Mobile as the Senior Manager of Business Planning, where they managed supply chain operations and assisted in quarterly planning and forecasting. Susana began their career at Samsung Mobile as the Marketing Manager for Product Launch, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop product launch materials for multiple products and wireless carriers simultaneously.

Susana Cristobal holds an MBA in International Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same school, completing their studies from 1998 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Susana has obtained several certifications in areas such as allyship and anti-racism, bias confrontation, social media marketing, data analytics, and strategic thinking from LinkedIn.
