Laetitia Dumont

Laetitia Dumont has over 25 years of experience in human resource management, specializing in payroll and remuneration processes. At ANSM, Laetitia has held multiple leadership roles since July 2012, including Cheffe du pôle Rémunérations et Missions, overseeing a team of seven and focusing on team construction post-merger, process analysis, and quality development. Laetitia has led various projects, such as the optimization of external expertise and the informatization of missions, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Prior experience at AFSSAPS involved management of payroll processes and participation in system implementation projects. Laetitia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Institut de gestion sociale and has completed additional relevant degrees in human resources and social careers.
