Valerie Kermagoret

Valerie Kermagoret has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Cheffe du pôle Développement des Ressources Humaines at ANSM since June 2007, overseeing a team dedicated to the development of HR policies, management practices, training plans, and employer branding. Previously, Valerie held the position of Cheffe du pôle formation at ANSM, where responsibilities included the implementation of employment and competency forecasting. Prior to ANSM, Valerie worked at the Musée du Louvre as Chargée de mission, focusing on training pathways, and at Recticel as Responsable formation, where tasks involved training plan development and productivity improvement. Early career experience includes a role as Responsable pédagogique et formatrice at Tutorland, which encompassed the recruitment and training of trainers and management of a resource center. Valerie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Sorbonne Université and completed additional education in Coaching and Public Organization Transformation at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
