Sugata Mukherjee

Sugata Mukherjee has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Sugata is currently working as an Associate Vice President at ANSR, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Talent500, including Senior Director of Global Delivery Centre & Talent Acquisition and Director of Talent Acquisition. Before joining Talent500, Sugata worked at ANSR Global as a Director of Talent Acquisition, where they helped establish global in-house centers for Fortune 500 companies. Sugata also has experience in managing talent acquisition and HR for Nitesh Group of Companies and served as a Senior Manager of TA & HR for Asia Pacific & EMEA at Intralox. Sugata began their career as a Mainframe Developer at IBM.
