Christina Jordan has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Christina began their career as an Office Assistant at Duke University Talent Identification Program in 2010 and later worked as an Operations Coordinator for the same program from 2012 to 2014.

In 2013, Christina joined The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) as a Community Engagement Graduate Assistant and also served as a Peer Career Ambassador and Campus Activities and Programs Intern during their time there.

Christina then transitioned to Guilford College in 2014, where they worked as a Campus Life Intern and Multicultural Education Intern.

From 2015 to 2017, Christina served as an Assistant Director for Student Leadership Development at Lehigh University. In this role, they were responsible for program development, training and advising, and supervising student staff members.

Following that, Christina worked as an Academic Advisor in the College of Business at Lehigh University from 2019 to 2022. Christina then took on the role of Associate Director of Academic Advising in the College of Business, where they oversaw advising operations and collaborated with colleagues to enhance student engagement.

During 2022, Christina pursued their passion for instructional design by participating in the Applied Instructional Design Academy and working as an Instructional Designer. Christina gained expertise in software tools like Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise, as well as theories and models necessary for instructional design.

Currently, Christina is an Associate Instructional Designer at ansrsource, where they continue to develop their knowledge and skills in the field.

Christina Jordan's educational history begins with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from James Madison University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Christina then pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2013 to 2015.
