Scott Schuhwerk is an experienced mortgage broker and property management professional, currently serving as a Mortgage Broker at Answer Home Loans since April 2024 and as the Owner/Founder of the Property Management Division at Vienna Property Management since June 2007. With over 12 years in the mortgage industry, Schuhwerk has held various positions including Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Movement Mortgage, LLC, and Mortgage Loan Officer at Big Valley Mortgage. Schuhwerk specializes in educating clients about mortgage processes, loan products, and financial strategies to achieve home ownership goals.
