Loran Gutt

Loran Gutt serves as the Vice-President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Auctane, where responsibilities include leading corporate strategy, strategic projects, and mergers and acquisitions. Notable achievements include closing the acquisition of Return Rabbit and leading significant corporate strategy projects with Bain & Co. Additionally, Loran Gutt holds the position of Vice President of Corporate Development at Shipsi and serves as a non-executive board member for Shipsi Technology Holdings, Inc. Loran is also a strategy advisor for several companies including StoryXpress, Sozie, Inventurist Inc., Wunderkind, ON, and Higher Ground Education.
