Caitlin Carroll

Caitlin Carroll, PhD, is an experienced UX Researcher at AnswerLab since April 2022, bringing a strong academic background in sociology from The University of Texas at Austin, where Caitlin completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree and served as an Assistant Instructor and Doctoral Candidate from September 2015 to May 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Visiting Researcher at the Centre for Gender Research (August 2018 - June 2021), a Digital Advocate at the National Domestic Violence Hotline (September 2014 - May 2016), and a Lactation Support Specialist II at Women, Infants and Children WIC (January 2010 - June 2012). Additionally, Caitlin holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in December 2013.
