Caroline Thomson

Caroline Thomson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Caroline started their career as an Architectural Intern at Brown Doane Architects in 2005. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Designer and Marketing Director at Hawthorn Design and Construction. In 2010, they transitioned into the education sector and worked as a Teacher at Temple Emanu-El and Temple Beth Shmuel until 2013. Caroline then joined Slanted Light as an Insight and Project Manager, where they focused on discovering and articulating unseen needs to help companies connect with people. In 2017, they became a UX Project Manager at AnswerLab and subsequently took on roles as a UX Senior Project Manager, UX Principal Project Manager, and Team Lead. Caroline's most recent position is Director UX Research Operations at AnswerLab, a role they assumed in January 2022.

Caroline Thomson obtained their Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from the University of Virginia in 2005. Caroline majored in Architecture during their time at the university. Additionally, in 2004, they had a brief stint at Syracuse University where they continued their pursuit of a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree.
