Dana Douglas

Dana Douglas is an accomplished Senior Research Manager at AnswerLab, with a history of progressively responsible roles including Research Manager and Senior UX Researcher since November 2017. Prior to this, Dana served as a User Experience Specialist at UserWorks, Inc. from June 2007 to October 2017, where responsibilities included enhancing user experiences through various usability and accessibility research activities.
