Jenna Hickey

Jenna Hickey has an extensive work experience in the field of User Experience (UX) research. Jenna started their career as a Senior Research Analyst at Phoenix Marketing International in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Then, they joined CBS Interactive as a Research Manager from 2008 to 2012. At Coupons.com, Jenna held the position of Research Manager from 2012 to 2015, where they developed the sales research function and managed a budget of over $1 million. In 2015, Jenna joined AnswerLab as a UX Researcher and gradually progressed to become a Senior UX Researcher & Team Lead in 2017. Jenna further advanced to the role of UX Research Manager in 2018 and currently holds the position of UX Research Director at AnswerLab since October 2020.

Jenna Hickey obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Boston University, completing their studies from 2002 to 2006.
