Jennifer Bohmbach

Jennifer Bohmbach is a seasoned professional in user experience design and research, currently serving as a Senior User Experience Researcher at AnswerLab since July 2019. With previous leadership roles at Oracle as Director of User Experience and Cisco as UX Architect, Jennifer has extensive experience in leading teams to develop user-centered design strategies that enhance customer engagement across various digital platforms. Jennifer's earlier career includes positions at Magnet 360, Gumption, LLC, EatonGolden, and Sun Microsystems, where expertise in information architecture, usability, and social media were cultivated. Jennifer holds a BA in English and Theater from the University of Minnesota and completed additional coursework in Multimedia at the MN School of Computer Imaging.
