Kristen Elfstrand is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in user experience research and project management. Currently serving as Principal Project Manager at AnswerLab since September 2020, Kristen has progressed through various managerial roles within the company. Prior to this, Kristen held project management and resource management positions at several organizations, including Ipsos and GfK, overseeing staffing and project coordination for user experience projects. Kristen's career also includes managing qualitative and quantitative research projects at Insights in Marketing and project coordination at Smith Research, Inc.
