Kristen Haddad

Kristen Haddad, PhD, is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in UX research, public health, and education. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at AnswerLab, Kristen conducts comprehensive research to enhance digital experiences for leading global brands. Previously, as Lead Epidemiologist at the NKY Institute for Strategic Prevention, Kristen established a regional framework for substance misuse prevention across multiple Kentucky school districts. In roles at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, Kristen directed youth suicide prevention initiatives and coordinated research projects aimed at reducing childhood adversity. Additionally, Kristen has experience as an adjunct instructor and program coordinator at the University of Cincinnati, focusing on research methodologies and student development.
