Richard Douglass is a seasoned User Experience Researcher with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Principal User Experience Researcher at AnswerLab since November 2019, Richard addresses complex research challenges for high-profile clients, including Google and Salesforce. Richard previously held positions as a Senior User Experience Researcher at AnswerLab and User Experience Manager at Nationwide Insurance, where innovative strategies led to significant improvements in online insurance applications. As the Founder and Director of Improved Usability, Richard provides guidance on creating engaging digital experiences. Richard's career began at Bank One, where management of user experience projects was a key focus, and has included vital roles at IBM and serving as the User Experience Analysis Manager. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design & Technology from The Ohio State University.
