Wei Zhou

Wei Zhou is a seasoned professional in user experience research and education, currently serving as Principal UX Research Consultant at AnswerLab since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an Adjunct Professor at Santa Clara University and St. Mary's College, where courses in Consumer Behavior, Marketing in the Digital Age, and Database Science & Management were taught from September 2015 to December 2018. Wei Zhou has held significant positions at Oracle, including User Research Lead for Financial Applications, Principal Usability Engineer for Enterprise Manager/Database Server Tier, and Senior User Experience Engineer for Siebel System, spanning from August 2005 to August 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as Staff Human Factors Engineer at IBM from June 2000 to August 2005.
