Nichole Joyce

Nichole Joyce has extensive experience in the field of ABA services. Nichole began their career in 2013 as a Respite Aid at Public Partnerships. In 2016, they joined Spectrum Transformation Group as an Associate Director of ABA Services, a role in which they were responsible for completing initial assessments of behavior, developing and finalizing Preliminary and Quarterly Individualized ABA Treatment Plans, and writing measurable and observable client ABA treatment goals, objectives, programs and plans. Nichole was also a Behavior Analyst Team Lead and a Behavior Counselor at Spectrum Transformation Group. In 2022, they joined AnswersNow as the Senior Clinical Director of Operations.

Nichole Joyce has a comprehensive education history. Nichole obtained their Advanced High School Diploma from Spotswood High School in 2012. Nichole then attended Virginia Tech, earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Development in 2016. After that, they earned their Master of Arts in Professional Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2018. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including a Licensed Behavior Analyst from the Virginia Board of Medicine in April 2019, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in February 2019, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention from the Crisis Prevention Institute in August 2016, and CPR & AED from the American Red Cross.
