Thomas Dugan

Thomas Dugan has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Thomas started their career at Digital Equipment Corporation where they served as the Director of Release Management for seven years. Thomas then moved on to Fidelity Investments where they worked as the Director of Project Management and Principle Program Consultant for 12 years, managing multiple IT development projects. After that, Thomas joined MUSA Technology/Shire Pharmaceutical as an IT Project Manager, where they managed projects related to infrastructure and logistical projects. Currently, they hold the position of Director of SAP Support at Answerthink. In this role, they provide support to various clients and is responsible for coordinating support throughout the implementation process.
