Zafar Abdullah

Zafar Abdullah is the president of Aperion Consulting Inc., a start-up focused on aligning IT projects with Information Management Strategy since May 2008. In addition to leading the company, Zafar serves as a consultant for the Defense Logistics Agency from 2006 to the present and has held various positions at Booz Allen Hamilton as an associate since February 2003, and at Answerthink as a manager since 1998. Previous experience includes consulting roles at Sun Microsystems Inc., Fifth Third, and AirClic, as well as serving as an IT manager at the Center for Applied Research from 1991 to 1999. Zafar holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Drexel University, attained between 1989 and 1996.
