Dr. Evgeny Ivanov

Dr. Evgeny Ivanov, MBA, is an accomplished Lead Research and Development Engineer at Ansys, where responsibilities include leading R&D projects across multiple simulation software products and developing advanced meshing and geometry processing algorithms since March 2009. Previously, Dr. Ivanov held several roles, including Senior Research and Development Engineer and Software Developer II at Ansys, and contributed to the development of the ANSYS Meshing Platform. Prior experience includes serving as a PostDoctoral Fellow at Fraunhofer ITWM, where innovative domain decomposition techniques were advanced, as well as an Assistant Professor at Yeungnam University, focusing on Fluid Mechanics and Automotive Engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Dr. rer. nat in Mathematics from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
