Jennifer Arnold

Jennifer Arnold is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Ansys since 2010, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources - Global Business Partners. In this role, Jennifer leads global HR Business Partner teams to execute HR strategies that drive business transformation and enhance organizational capability. Previous positions at Ansys include Global Head of Commercial HR Business Partners and Senior Director of Global Human Resources. Prior to Ansys, Jennifer held various HR roles at Ansoft LLC, including Manager and HR Associate, contributing to HR operations and talent management. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Westminster College.
