Kathleen Weslock

Kathleen Weslock is an accomplished professional in human resources and law, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer & Real Estate at Ansys since July 2023. Kathleen is also a member of the Board of Trustees for both the National Museum of Industrial History and Hood College. As the CEO and Founder of KDOG HR Consulting LLC since July 2015, Kathleen has built a reputation for leadership in the field. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Chief People and Culture Officer at Pep Boys from December 2021 to January 2023. Kathleen holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Doctor of Law degree in Employment/Labor Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
