Antaeus Travel was founded in 1988. Back in the days, two professionals, coming from the travel and tourism sector, created a team of friends who were collaborating with some small marine companies. Year after year, that team was integrating with new friends, new colleagues and new partners. The philosophy was solid/stable; “service well, make friends”. That kind of attitude came after 30 years to spread not only to the whole big team but more importantly to the new generation of the management team. Nowadays, Antaeus Travel Group is a blend of people of different ages, origins or even specializations, which stands as a family.
Today, after 30 years, Antaeus has a physical presence in 5 countries including Athens, Limassol, Manila, Switzerland and Miami. Despite each branch’s responsibility for its clients, they all contribute to the common operation in favor of the best quality of service. This expanding global network remains human-oriented.
In essence, Antaeus’ experts are planning and booking complicated itineraries for any crew, technicians and rig operators with extreme tie precision.
Within our 30-year experience, Antaeus’ experts have been gaining advanced knowledge of any country departure/destination. There is crucial information like visa requirements and issues, alternative ports options, which meet better the request’s needs or ensure the safety of the crew, weather conditions and limitations and travel hints that Antaeus’ travel experts take into account before sending any proposal.
Moreover, Antaeus’ experts are staying perpetually up-to-date regarding the various airlines rules and limitations, emergency flights redirecting, fare optimization etc.
By continuously monitoring our software, we can follow up each step of any journey until its completion. So, an expert observes the streaming of customers’ itineraries 24/7.
That kind of expertise brings a 90% customer-retention rate the last 15 years to the Antaeus Travel Group
