Rob Motley has worked in the technology industry since 1999. Rob began their career as a Pre Sales Systems Engineer at Dell Computer Corporation. In 2000 they moved to Techsolve, Inc as a National Services Engineer, where they specialized in installing PCs and Servers in educational institutions and sourced and obtained wireless installation accounts for K-12 that increased business by 25%. In 2002 they joined ViewSonic Corporation as a Pre Sales Systems Engineer where they provided pre and post sales support to Business Development Managers and Territory Managers on all Tablet PC and Wireless products. In 2004 they worked at The Computer Clinic as a Pre Sales/Field Service Engineer, providing computer hardware and software consultation/configuration services. In 2010 they moved to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics as a Pre Sales Engineer, where they were a key technical advisor for the Centaur, Immulite and Auto-LiPA product lines for Siemens largest National Account; Quest Diagnostics. In 2011 they joined Stryker Communications as a Sales Engineer, where they performed pre sales to discover solutions for the Customer along with installation of Stryker Communications product line installed at the customer site. In 2014 they moved to Centon Electronics as a Sales Engineer, where they worked with existing and new Customers and Engineers to determine what solutions work best for their applications and assist in developing those into Sales. Finally, in 2018 they joined Antaira Technologies as a Sales Engineer.
Rob Motley obtained a degree in Biomedical Technology from the Southern California Institute of Technology in July 2010. Rob also attended the Control Data Institute for Computer Technology. In addition, Rob has obtained a certification in Effective Listening from LinkedIn in January 2019, and is currently pursuing a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA.
