Ayushi Parekh

Ayushi Parekh is an Associate Consultant at Antal International since September 2023, previously serving as a Human Resources Executive at The Millennium Organisation from March to June 2023. In this role, Ayushi screened applicant resumes and coordinated interviews while assisting new hires throughout the hiring process. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Intern position at Tata AIA Life Insurance from June 2021 to July 2022 and a Human Resources Assistant role at The Oberoi Group from September 2019 to March 2020. Ayushi is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management at the Welingkar Institute of Management, having previously completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a B.Sc in Human Resources Management from the College of Home Science Nirmala Niketan.
