Ludovic Massuel

Ludovic Massuel has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 1985 as a Developer at Sanofi. Ludovic then worked as a Consultant and later as a Principal Engineer at CA Technologies from 1987 to 1991. Following that, they joined Fujitsu as a Technical Account Manager and Pre-Sales Engineer for software development tools. From 1998 to 2004, Ludovic worked at Capgemini as a Program Manager, focusing on delocalized IT activities and CRM offerings. Ludovic later moved to BMC Software France, where they served as a Pre-Sales Team Manager and Manager of the Technical Account Manager team. Currently, Ludovic is the Managing Partner at Antal International Paris, specializing in executive search and selection.

Ludovic Massuel has an MBA in Management from ESCP Business School, which they obtained from 1998 to 1999. Ludovic also has a Master's degree in Organization from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, which they completed from 1986 to 1988.
