Shinu Jose has comprehensive experience in recruitment, training, and coaching. They started working as a Training and Capacity Building Coordinator at Kutch Nav Nirman Abhiyan India in 2002, where they developed systems for staff training and acted as an interface with external stakeholders. They then joined Deepak Charitable Trust as a Project Officer in 2004, working on reducing infant and maternal mortality in tribal areas. In the same year, they also became a Consultant Documentation at Kutch Nav Nirman Abhiyan India, fulfilling document needs for social development organizations. From 2007 to 2011, Shinu held positions at Antal International Network as an Executive Recruitment Consultant and Senior Consultant, focusing on executive search and business development in the FMCG industry. In 2012, they joined Antal India as a Franchise Training Manager, providing recruitment training and coaching to recruitment companies. Shinu Jose, a Recruitment Trainer and Coach, obtained a MSW degree in Social Work from MS University of Baroda in India from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed a BBA degree in Business Administration from the same university from 1997 to 2000. Their senior secondary education was completed at Don Bosco High School in Baroda, India from 1995 to 1997. They received their primary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, specializing in CBSE curriculum, from 1986 to 1995. In terms of additional certifications, Shinu acquired the EQ-i and EQ-360 Certification from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in 2021. They also obtained a Certificate Course in Instructional Design from Strengthscape in 2018.
