Beldina Omondi

Beldina Omondi, MBA has a wealth of experience in operations and finance. Beldina is currently the Head of Operations at Antara Health, a position they have held since 2021. From 2014-2021, they worked at Victoria Courts Limited, where they served as Director of Operations, Internal Audit & Operations Manager, and Internal Auditor. In these roles, they managed and oversaw partner relationships, developed and implemented operational strategies, and monitored compliance with organizational policies and procedures. From 2013-2014, they worked at Victoria Courts Trading Ltd as a System Support Officer, where they prepared board reports, forecasted for the company, and sourced relevant ERP systems. From 2010-2013, they worked at Ipsos as a Market Research Accountant, Budgets Controller, and Project Coordinator-Market Research. In these roles, they introduced an efficient creditor's management system, identified business improvement opportunities, led operations in reducing the number of budget overshoots, improved the turnaround time for budget approval, and facilitated CEO and CFO interviews.

Beldina Omondi obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Kenyatta University between 2005 and 2009. Beldina then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Strathmore Business School (SBS) between 2016 and 2018.
