WAHOUD Group is the leading developer and major investor in The Development called Antaradus this being the ancient Phoenician name for Tartous. The Joint Venture Company, which is established in Syria, is called Antaradus for Touristic Development Company. 200 million US dollars paid capital. 
Much of the site is land reclaimed from the Mediterranean Sea and work has been continuing for years, the first phase of the project is in operation, JUNADA Hotel and Antaradus residential towers.
